This is a private community - Please respect my neighbors.
1. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
2. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
3. We will not allow students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. DEPOSIT- A deposit of $1690 is required along with first month’s rent. Deposit returned if: a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage can, and soiled dishes are cleaned and placed in the drying rack. All towels hung up and sheets taken off beds.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. The tenant is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by My Complex.
5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to five (5) persons. 6. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. ( we do, just don’t lose them ) Maid service is available in the area.
7. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
8. PARKING PASSES – You don’t need them. Please park in the ample amount of guest parking. We’re the only ones on the street with ample guest parking.
